Discover the joy of working with clay on the potter’s wheel. This one-day, hands-on class is designed as a tasting for absolute beginners. You’ll learn the basics of throwing on the wheel, including wedging, centering, pulling, and shaping clay.
Classes are team-taught by Tony Clennell and Amber Zuber. Professional instruction and a commitment to craft are at the heart of everything we aim to offer at Potter’s Creek Studios. Our courses are small, intimate, and focused on giving students a strong foundation in ceramics.
We'll guide you step-by-step as you create simple forms like cups or bowls in a relaxed and supportive studio setting. No experience or tools needed — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to get a little muddy!
